Haynes Motor Museum & MMOC National Rally

This years Morris Minor Owners Club National Rally was held at the Haynes Motor Museum in Yeovil.

Its been a while since I put the Morris through a journey like this. Not only did she complete the 200 odd mile return journey without fault, it gave me some time to reacquaint myself with the car. Not only did we manage to get the needle off the clock, but also surprised a few moderns on the twisties. Goes to show you don't need a sports car to have fun.

MMOC members provided a good turn out with a couple of upgraded cars on the track and on show. My favourite has to be the black low light packing V8 power. Haynes Motor Museum was also packed with some nice metal including an airbrushed Morris Minor van. Everything from chassis to engine was individually airbrushed and looked amazing.
